Ellen Lee, Sembawang GRC

Ellen Lee's makeover, orchestrated by a Singaporean make-up artist who had just returned from overseas, was considered by many to be too cutting-edge.

  1. Hi there. Love your sense of wit - do keep the posts coming.

Couldn't help myself from letting you know too, that I'm the photographer of the image that is being used as your blog background (http://www.flickr.com/photos/_husky_/3780650684/in/set-72157622463609560). While I have no qualms with it being used this way, I'd appreciate some form of acknowledgement of the copyrights please?

I couldn't find a more discreet way of contacting you so commenting here was the best I could do. You can remove this after reading it if you wish.

    With thanks,

    Jacqueline Lau

  2. Hi Jacqueline,

Eh, sorry I didn't make the necessary copyright attribution--found the pic on Google image and didn't check its source. Lovely photos btw--incidentally I was one of the writers of the 2009 NDP, with Ivan Heng at the helm as Creative Director.

Anyway I'd decided to change the background to something more simple. But I'll leave your comment above if there's anyone who'd like to check out your photos.

    Alfian. : )
